Be Patient, Be Kind (At Home) is the first in a three-part series that helps children learn the value of patience and kindness in everyday life. Each short poem is paired with space for children to write their own poems, encouraging self-expression, creativity, and reflection.

The poems connect to tell one continuous story, so as children move through the 15 poems, they follow a journey of learning patience, sharing, and kindness at home.

This book is recommended for ages 6–12, offering simple, playful poems and prompts that allow children to explore emotions, empathy, and everyday life lessons.
